01Using Ordava

Ordava is an AI-powered business assistant that turns your chat conversations into structured orders, invoices, customers, subscriptions and reports. You may use it to run your own business or one you are authorized to manage.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

02Your content and your customers

You own the conversations, orders and customer data you bring into Ordava. You grant us a limited licence to process it only so we can provide the service — for example, running AI extraction and generating your invoices and reports.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the chats and customer details you share with us, and for using that data in line with applicable privacy laws.

03AI-generated results

Ordava's AI extracts order details automatically and shows a confidence score for each field. It is a helpful assistant, not a guarantee — always review orders, totals, invoices and reports before acting on them. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you confirm.

04Plans, trials and billing

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to begin.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ordava for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

06Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Ordava reliable but provide it on an “as available” basis. We may update, improve or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ordava is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Ending your account

You can stop using Ordava and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
