• Chat content you share — the conversations you paste or share so AI can extract orders.
• Business data you create — orders, customers, invoices, subscriptions and reports.
• Usage and device data — basic analytics that help us keep the app fast and reliable.

02How we use it

We use your data only to run and improve the service:

• Extract structured orders from your chats using AI.
• Generate invoices, CRM records, subscriptions and reports.
• Provide support, secure your account and prevent abuse.
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve features.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your customers' details to advertise to them.

03AI processing

When you share a conversation, its contents are sent to our AI processing pipeline to extract order details. We only send what's needed for extraction, and we don't use your private business content to train public AI models.

04Sharing with third parties

We share data only with trusted providers who help us operate Ordava — such as cloud hosting, AI processing and payment providers — and only to the extent they need it. They are bound to protect it.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

05Security and retention

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and industry-standard safeguards. We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after you close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

• Access, correct or export your data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

07International transfers

Ordava may process data in countries other than yours. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable data-protection laws.

We may update this policy as Ordava evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
